The kitchen boasts a 6- burner gas wolf range, commercial ice maker & a commercial dishwasher with detergent provided. Deer, Elk, Moose, Black Bears & other wildlife can been seen on the property.

Swanson Lodge is ready for your large family or group. The lodge sleeps 28-30 people, including a crib for an infant. Take advantage of the 8 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms and 3 half baths. Enjoy the beautiful and very large log dining room table, with 14 custom wood crafted chairs that have hand-crafted steel designs of different animals found locally.
The commercial range and dishwasher in the lodge kitchen make cooking and cleanup a snap, and the 3 refrigerators and large pantry make your food storage a breeze.
Arrangements can be made if you would like some meals cooked for you and/or your group. Catering can also be arranged.

The entire area is one magnificent wonder with spectacular views…visit the Kootenai Swinging Bridge and Waterfall. You may have seen it in the recent 2015 movie “The Revenant” with Leonardo DiCaprio. Check out the local snack shack in Troy serving Billy Goat ice cream, snacks, waters, etc. 7 miles from the Lodge on Hwy 2.
Ross Creek Cedars is 20 miles away on Bull Lake/Hwy 56 for some great hiking.
Troy has a 4th of July celebration downtown with a parade of classic cars, featured local businesses, and other
fun features that make Troy beautiful. The parade starts at the corner of the local grocery store, Stein’s, and the local burger place, R Place and ends at Roosevelt Park. The classic cars are parked in the park for viewing. There is live music and lots of food vendors.
There's a park across the street from Stein's that has 2 bike trails and river access. Troy has 2 gas stations in town, 7 miles from the lodge.
For a fun dinner out, check out Halfway House Bar and Grill at Bull Lake. They serve great steaks on Friday nights. Enjoy some live music or participate in one of the fishing derbies.
Rosauer’s in Libby, MT (about 20 minutes away from Troy) offers organic foods and a full deli and grocery.
